Cancel An Order
New Zealand Equestrian Products pride ourselves on our quick shipment of in stock products.

Normally, once your order enters the 'Processing' part of your account status, it may not be cancelled or altered in any way. If your package has not been shipped yet, you can use the information on the Contact Us page to request alterations, however PLEASE NOTE, that if your package has already been assigned a Courierpost Track & Trace we make NO GUARANTEE that the change can be made before the order ships. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

New Zealand Bank Deposit
We accept New Zealand bank deposits however please note that if paying via bank deposit, that your order will not be dispatched until the payment shows into our company bank account (which can take 1-3 working days to show).

Delivery Information
Orders placed before midnight for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours, providing all Credit Card information is validated. Orders placed during weekends or public holiday(s) will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of in stock products.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have any questions regarding sizing of products please Contact Us before purchasing as we are happy to provide information and sizing to assist you in making the correct purchase.

If you would like a refund or want to exchange a product purchased from our online store, you will need to return the item(s) unsoiled and in the original packaging within 10 working days. Please also include the tax receipt that was included when you received your order.

All refunds are less postage and packing.

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Please also note we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or returns on sale price, discounted or custom made goods.

We offer New Zealand wide delivery on all products available within our online store. All orders are dispatched from our Canterbury store via standard post or courier.
