Can I search online for specific equestrian brands?
Yes. On the Homepage left navigation you will see a box called 'Quick Find' which allows you to use keywords to find the product you are looking for.
Can I order a product that is not listed on the website?
You wont be able to order the product online however for more information on the product and to order please call our helpful staff on (03) 349-6241 or email info@equestrian-products.co.nz
Can I find out information on certain brand names/manufacturers?
Yes. On the Homepage left navigation you will see a box called 'Manufacturers' which has a drop down bar underneath with a list of brands that we stock. You can learn more about each of these brands/companies.
How do I find items shown in your latest printed catalog? Ę
At the top of this Webpage you will see a link called Our Catalog which will take you to our latest printed catalog specials.
Do you stock second hand saddles?
Yes, we have a huge range of second hand saddles.
Can you suggest an experienced saddle fitter in the Canterbury region?
We appreciate the importance of buying a saddle that fits your horse well. Sharon Jones is the owner of Canterbury Equestrian and is a qualified and experienced Australasian saddle fitter. She is available for saddle fittings.
I want to buy a GPA helmet but how will I know which size to order?
We suggest you telephone or email us with your head measurements and our experienced staff will be able to suggest an appropriate sized GPA helmet.
What is your privacy policy?
Maintaining customer privacy is very important to us, which is why any information you provide within our online shop is only collected for limited use on our own site. All deliveries are sent in via standard New Zealand postage or New Zealand courier post packaging.
Is my personal information and credit card details kept secure?
We treat the security of our customer's online information very seriously. To ensure your security, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts credit card numbers, secures all credit card transactions and personal details to prevent unauthorised people from intercepting your credit card information.
I would prefer not to give my credit card information over the Internet, is there any other way I can make payment?
We use a secure online shopping cart to ensure your credit card details are always secure and safe. However, we do accept bank deposits (directly into our company bank account) or you can telephone us with your credit card details and order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Are you a New Zealand company?
Yes our equestrian shop is located in Templeton, Canterbury. Online orders can be sent anywhere within New Zealand.
What Currency are the prices in?
All products are in New Zealand currency.
Why do I need to set up an account to purchase products from your online shop?
To purchase the products listed within our online shop you are required to set up an account, this is another way of ensuring that your contact information is correct. Having an account also gives you access to a lot of handy free features, such as personal address book (for sending gifts to other people), account history, product notifications and quick access to new products.
Will you contact me if there are problems with my order or the product is out of stock?
We will immediately notify you via email or telephone regarding the status of your order, including backorders and payment complications.
What are your shipping options?
Customers have a choice of standard New Zealand post or CourierPost with track and trace. We recommend that customers select CourierPost delivery, as this is a prompt service with a track and trace consignment number. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee delivery for orders sent via the standard New Zealand postal service.
Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been sent out to. If you selected NZ CourierPost delivery you will also be advised of your Track & Trace consignment number and the freephone number for any queries regarding your delivery.
